Prof. John Murray, Q.C.

The Hon Lord Dervaird

(Prof.John Murray,Q.C.)

The Hon Lord Dervaird represented my ex Scottish counsel Mrs Eirlys Smith (nee Lloyd) before a legal debate in her suspension dispute with the Faculty of Advocates which was presided over by The Rt. Hon Lord Jauncey of Tullichettle. Reference is made to the following site web links:  The Art of Spying : Lady Smith:  My overview on the Lord Advocates Vexatious Petition : What is Scotland’s Rule of Law: Lord Jauncy: and the Magic Circle.

Lord Dervaird withdrew from being an active Senator (Judge) of the Court of Session after he was compromised with a possible scandal with a perceived ‘rent boy’. Lord Dervaird now teaches as Professor John Murray QC at Edinburgh University.
