DC Court crest'Greetings to the Honourable Judge Richard J Leon of the District Court of Columbia US and felicitations to the US legal eyes:

Please hit this link for your own guidance around this website.

I understand that this site is referred to in Cintec International v John Parkes. Hopefully with you the torch of justice will burn brightly and free from the old world scourge of patronage and cronyism. • On the 28th September 2005 in the Court of Session, Lord Glennie, an expert not only in Scots Law but in English commercial law held that the alleged £90,000 debt upon which Parkes and Frost were sequestrated was unsafe and so he reduced (extinguished) the debt in Scotland - thereby in reducing Cintec's, the petitioner's, debt in Parkes and Frost's sequestrations. It is thought that the sequestrations fall.

Cintec International Limited already ruined by legal costs is believed to be considering insolvency itself as it is perceived that it will be unable to meet the resultant damages claims.
More to follow.
